Details of the Job/Internship

PRAMAH LAWMEN is hiring for the position of Senior Partner with 15+ years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the firm’s Corporate, Commercial, IP, and Real Estate (RERA) practices.
• Advise clients on complex legal matters, including structuring, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic IP protection and monetization plans.
• Mentor and manage cross-functional legal teams to ensure excellence in service delivery.
• Drive business development efforts, including client acquisition and sector positioning.
• Collaborate on building new verticals and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and leadership.

Eligibility

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience across both litigation and non-litigation matters.
• Deep expertise in advisory, transactional, and regulatory work related to Corporate, Commercial, IP, and Real Estate (RERA) laws.
• Demonstrated experience in leading legal teams and managing key client relationships.

Salary/Stipend
