Details of the Job/Internship
Promax Legal is hiring a senior patent analyst to join them in Mohali office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Any B.Tech/ M.Tech / Electronics & Communication
- The candidate should be a Patent Agent/Associate/Analyst and should be from the IP domain only.
- Searching, analyzing, and compiling technical and patent information.
- Should have experience in conducting prior art searches and infringement searches.
- Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of the technology domain.
- Should have excellent analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and a keen interest in learning new technologies and conducting research and conceptual development of inventions.
- Excellent knowledge of IP laws of various countries, various patent databases, and technical domains concerning educational background.
- A keen interest in science, technology, and intellectual property is required.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability in creative and persuasive writing.
- Any certifications or additional courses or training (in Intellectual Property or otherwise) would be a plus.
Eligibility
- 2+ years relevant/industry experience.
