Details of the Job/Internship

Promax Legal is hiring a senior patent analyst with 4+ years of experience to join them in Mohali office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead complex patent searches (prior art, invalidation, infringement). 
• Manage IP projects and mentor junior analysts. 
• Develop IP strategies, manage portfolios, and advise on IP risks. 
• Prepare technical reports, claim charts, and EOU documents. 
• Ensure compliance with international IP laws and stay updated on industry changes. 

Eligibility

• Strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of IP laws, and patent databases. 
• Excellent technical writing and communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
• Additional IP certifications are a plus.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
