Elevate is hiring a Senior Patent Associate with over 2 years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution to join their office in Gurugram. The role involves drafting patent applications and formulating strategies for responding to office actions, particularly for inventions in the field of Computer Science, Information, and Communication Technologies.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft patent applications for inventions in Computer Science, Information, and Communication Technologies.
- Independently formulate response strategies and draft complete responses to office actions.
- Draft provisional specifications and complete patent applications, including claim sets conforming to US and EP patent legal and procedural standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering/technology from a reputed institute.
- Excellent domain knowledge in Information and Communication Technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution, with at least 2 years in US jurisdiction.
- Experience in drafting 30+ US patent applications.
- Excellent comprehension skills and ability to read and understand technical literature and patent publications.
