Elevate is hiring a Senior Patent Analyst for their ICT drafting and prosecution team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft patent applications for inventions in the field of Computer Science and ICT.
• Deliver prosecution projects, including independently formulating response strategies for office actions.
• Draft provisional specifications and complete patent applications with well-crafted claim sets conforming to US and EP patent legal and procedural standards.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering/technology from a reputed institute.
• Excellent domain knowledge in the ICT field (Information and Communication Technologies).
• 2+ years of experience in patent drafting and/or prosecution, with at least 2 years in US jurisdiction.
• Experience in drafting 30+ patent applications for the US domain.
• Strong comprehension skills and ability to understand technical literature and patent publications.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
