Details of the Job/Internship

Kairos Consulting is hiring for the position of Senior Patent Attorney to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft high-quality patent applications, including claims, specifications, and drawings, across multiple technical fields.
• Review and refine patent applications to meet jurisdictional standards and client objectives.
• Respond to office actions and objections from patent offices globally, preparing persuasive arguments.
• Advise clients on IP strategies, including drafting, filing jurisdictions, and portfolio management.
• Conduct discussions with inventors and clients to understand technical and commercial objectives.
• Stay updated on patent laws, regulations, and case precedents across jurisdictions.
• Research technological advancements relevant to client industries to improve patent quality.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Computer Science; a Law degree is preferred.
• Experience: Experience in patent drafting, prosecution, and related IP services.

Salary/Stipend
