Details of the Job/Internship

Citius Minds is hiring a Senior Patent Counsel with experience in patent law and intellectual property to join their hybrid team in Mohali district.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle patent applications and preparation.
• Work on patent law and intellectual property matters.
• Assess patentability.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility

• Law degree with active bar membership.
• Patent Agents will be preferred.
• Experience in patent litigation is a plus.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
