Details of the Job/Internship
Soni and Soni is hiring a Senior Patent Lawyer to join their Ahmedabad office in a full-time, on-site role. The position involves preparing and filing patent applications, advising on patent law and intellectual property rights, assessing patentability of innovations, and guiding clients on protecting and managing their intellectual property in compliance with applicable legal standards.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparing and filing patent applications.
- Assessing patentability of inventions and innovations.
- Advising clients on patent law and intellectual property rights.
- Guiding clients on best practices for protecting and managing intellectual property.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law.
- Specialisation or relevant experience in patent law is preferred.
- Bar admission in intellectual property law is required.
- Strong expertise in patent law, intellectual property, and patent applications.
- Proven experience in patent preparation and patentability assessment.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to draft clear and comprehensive legal documents.
- Effective communication and client management skills.
- Experience with Indian and international patent laws is an advantage.
