Details of the Job/Internship

Khurana & Khurana (K&K) is looking for a Senior Patent Paralegal/Docketing Professional with 5–6 years of core experience in patent docketing, foreign prosecution, and portfolio management.  

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently manage patent docketing, foreign prosecution, and portfolio activities.
• Handle comprehensive communication with foreign associates and clients, including verbal interactions.
• Manage patent filing workflows, foreign prosecution updates, annuity matters, and procedural queries.
• Check, respond, and track emails efficiently using MS Outlook and Gmail.
• Prepare and review documents using MS Word, Excel, and related office tools.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation, reminders, deadlines, and client communications.
• Learn and adopt K&K’s docketing and paralegal procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving current docketing practices.

Eligibility

• 5–6 years of core experience in patent docketing, patent paralegal work, and foreign prosecution.
• Strong command of written and spoken English for seamless communication with foreign associates.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Gmail, MS Word, MS Excel, and related tools.
• Must be willing to work onsite at Greater Noida (applications from other locations will not be considered).
• Ability to take ownership of assigned mandates and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Salary/Stipend
