Details of the Job/Internship
Khurana & Khurana is seeking a Senior Patent Paralegal/Docketing Professional with at least 5-6 years of core experience to work at their Greater Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all facets of patent docketing, paralegal, and secretarial work.
- Communicate effectively with foreign associates and clients, including verbal and email correspondence.
- Manage patent filing, prosecution, portfolio management, including foreign prosecution and annuity matters.
- Answer procedural queries and ensure accurate reminders and client communications.
- Maintain proficiency in MS Outlook, Gmail, Excel, Word, and other MS Office tools.
- Adapt to K&K's practices and provide process improvement feedback.
- Take full responsibility for allocated mandates to ensure documentation accuracy
Eligibility
- Minimum 5–6 years’ core experience in patent docketing, paralegal, or secretarial roles.
- Strong knowledge of patent filing, portfolio management, and foreign prosecution processes.
- Excellent fluency in written and spoken English.
- High proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Willingness to work on-site from Greater Noida office only.
- Ability to independently manage communications and deliverables.
