Details of the Job/Internship
Khurana & Khurana (K&K) is hiring for the position of Senior Patent Professional - US Patent Drafting and Prosecution with 3-4 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Strong command over software, electronics, and mechanical domains with in-depth technical understanding. Ability to articulate inventions comprehensively in specifications is crucial.
- Educational Background: Graduates from premier technical institutes with a robust academic record are preferred.
- Legal Acumen: Strong knowledge of the Patent Act. Registered Patent Agents/Attorneys are preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal clarity to effectively liaise with clients and manage projects and business development mandates.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Must be a proactive team player and a self-driven individual contributor.
- Additional Responsibilities: Willingness to take on training, client communications, speaking opportunities, and oversee the docketing team to ensure seamless client interactions.
Eligibility
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in drafting responses to US/EP Office Actions.
