Citius Minds is hiring a Senior Patent Research Associate with experience in patent analytics or litigation support to join their Delhi office full-time.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patent research and legal analysis.
• Evaluate and manage patent portfolios.
• Prepare reports and legal documentation for litigation or IP strategy.
• Analyze technical documents across domains like software, web technologies, and telecom.
• Communicate insights effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure legal and compliance standards are met.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in patent analytics or litigation support preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and legal writing skills.
• Knowledge of IP laws and technical familiarity with relevant domains.
