Juris Prime Law Services is hiring for a Senior Position in their Corporate Law Practice team, based in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate legal strategy and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Handle M&A and due diligence matters.
• Represent the firm in legal proceedings.
• Mentor junior associates.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure accuracy and detail in legal documentation.

Eligibility

• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Law, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Contract Negotiation.
• Proficient in Legal Drafting, Legal Research, and ensuring Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience managing complex legal transactions and delivering strategic legal counsel.
• Strong communication, mentoring, client management, and team leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council and holding relevant professional certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree (LL.M) preferred.
