Areete Law Offices is looking to hire Senior/Principal Associates to join their Delhi office.
Post-qualification experience: They are looking for candidates with work experience of 5 to 6 years in reputed Law firms who have expertise in M&A transactions. & Companies Act.
Note: Candidates having only litigation experience may not apply.
Role and Responsibilities
- Candidate should be a self-starter and possess excellent spoken and written English.
- Candidate should have extensive transactional (M&A) experience with analytical, research and drafting skills.
- Candidate should have domain expertise in Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI laws.
