Details of the Job/Internship

Acuity Knowledge Partners (Acuity) is looking for Senior Professional with 10 to 112 years of experience to join their Department of Legal Department at Gurugram office, Haryana.

Role and Responsibilities

• Mid-Senior level role with responsibility to provide legal and contractual support to business teams globally. 
• Providing legal support to sales and business development teams, finance team, delivery team and HR team - including providing support with RFP responses, contract drafting, contracts negotiation with clients.
• Contract Management including ensuring and keeping up to date repository of all company document.
