Details of the Job/Internship

Universal PSR Compliance LLP is hiring for the position of Senior Regulatory Affairs & Licensing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file regulatory applications and obtain certifications/licenses including BIS, FSSAI, EPR, LMPC, RNI, and Drug Licenses.
• Communicate and coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections, queries, clarifications, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and client compliance trackers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather necessary documents and ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor updates in regulatory laws and ensure compliance with evolving guidelines.
• Support and mentor junior team members or interns when required.
• Attend in-person visits to government departments as needed.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or government liaison roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of regulatory frameworks (BIS, FSSAI, CPCB, CDSCO, DPIIT, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel locally for official coordination and departmental work.

Salary/Stipend
