Details of the Job/Internship
Deloitte Legal is hiring a Record to Report Executive with experience of 2–4 years to support Record-to-Report accounting activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger accounting activities.
- Prepare, review, and process journal entries.
- Support monthly and annual close processes and period-end reporting.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review transactions and adjusting entries.
- Prepare financial statements and tax workpapers.
- Manage and track close checklists.
- Support internal controls, SOX reporting, and risk compliance activities.
- Provide documentation and reports for financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and best practices in the R2R function.
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of previous work experience.
- Freshers with basic accounting knowledge and computer skills in MS Office.
- Basic or working knowledge of finance processes.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in the BPO sector is preferred.
- R2R function-specific knowledge is preferred.
