Details of the Job/Internship

D. E. Shaw India Private Limited is hiring a Senior Specialist – Legal (CR–IP) with 3–4 years of experience to join their Legal & Compliance department in Hyderabad. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate data and software license agreements, subscription agreements, and order forms.
• Draft and finalize agreements for goods and services, consulting, events, and non-disclosure.
• Support transactional, real estate, employment, and IP-related legal matters.
• Collaborate with global legal teams on cross-office projects and agreements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3–4 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating licensing, technology, and commercial contracts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Preferred: Experience in managing end-to-end contract lifecycle.
