Details of the Job/Internship
Tejas Networks is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel with 5+ years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate MSAs, software licence agreements, supply agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, and partnership documents.
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide support on IPR matters including trademarks, copyrights and patents.
- Conduct research on laws, regulations and industry standards.
- Work with Finance, Sales, HR and other teams to mitigate legal risks.
- Use CLM tools for contract administration and reporting.
- Advise on dispute resolution and assist in litigation or arbitration as needed.
Eligibility
- LL.B or equivalent law degree.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification corporate legal experience.
- Proven expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of IPR laws and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with CLM tools and digital contract management.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
