Details of the Job/Internship

Arcesium is hiring a Senior Specialist, Legal to join them in Hyderabad office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the team on various legal aspects of contract management and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review, negotiate, and maintain confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements with potential counterparties and vendors, as well as agreements for goods and services.
• Maintain knowledge of the Company's policies, procedures, and guidelines and propose changes to ensure compliance with applicable employment and labour law requirements.
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure appropriate awareness of Company’s legal requirements and framework.
• Create contract abstracts and summaries, as needed.
• Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify gaps/improvement areas.
• Be responsible for data management, reporting, and documentation, as required by the team's key stakeholders.
• Support other strategic projects and initiatives, as needed.

Eligibility

• LLB from a reputed institution. LLM (preferred, not mandatory)
• 4 to 7 years of experience working in an in-house legal team or law firm.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
• Excellent oral/written communications skills.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics with an ability to handle sensitive information.
• Strong aptitude for drafting/editing and strong writing/editing experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary/Stipend
