Details of the Job/Internship
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Sr. Specialist – Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of legal or compliance experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide paralegal support across compliance and legal operations.
- Assist with third-party risk screening, remediation, and compliance inquiries.
- Handle Code of Conduct training facilitation and completion tracking.
- Manage e-billing, matter management, and invoice reviews.
- Support litigation and special projects for the legal team.
- Maintain confidential legal records and documentation.
- Develop innovative technological solutions to improve compliance efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure process accuracy.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or in trade compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of Google and MS Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
- Experience with ORACLE or enterprise-level database systems preferred.
- Experience with Legal eBilling platforms is an advantage.
