Mastercard is hiring a Senior Specialist – Legal Services with experience in contract services and legal support to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract preparation and execution from request to signature.
- Draft, review, and negotiate routine vendor and commercial agreements, including NDAs, software licences, consulting and service agreements.
- Ensure contract alignment with internal policies, business requirements, and subject-matter expert guidance.
- Analyse contract terms to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
- Deliver customer-focused service within defined quality and turnaround standards.
Eligibility
- LL.B. graduate.
- Strong legal and business acumen with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage varied workloads efficiently.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate negotiation abilities.
- Ability to identify escalation needs and exercise sound judgement.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of US, European, Middle Eastern, African, or Asia-Pacific legal systems is an added advantage.
