Details of the Job/Internship

Marsh McLennan Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Specialist – Legal with 3+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review contracts and agreements across MMC businesses and regions.
• Advise on contractual clauses and legal risks.
• Interact with business teams to understand requirements.
• Escalate critical issues appropriately.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain trackers.
• Support team members and share legal knowledge updates.

Eligibility

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Law.
• 3+ years of experience in contract abstraction, drafting, and redlining.
• Prior in-house or law firm experience.
• Proficiency in contract review, drafting, and negotiation.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
