Details of the Job/Internship
Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited is hiring a Sr. Team Member – Contracts to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft commercial agreements including NDAs, Service Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Endorsement Agreements, Product Purchase Agreements, Marketing Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Sourcing Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Contribution Agreements.
- Review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts.
- Prepare summaries of critical clauses in executed contracts.
- Provide advisory support to business, finance, and operations teams on queries related to executed agreements.
- Handle documentation for renewal, variation, and closure of existing business relationships.
- Conduct legal research and prepare notes on relevant legal issues in business transactions.
- Maintain MIS and records of contracts.
Eligibility
- Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of commercial agreements and legal advisory processes.
