Details of the Job/Internship
Khurana & Khurana is hiring a Senior Trade Mark Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to join their Greater Noida office. The role focuses on trademark prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement, and drafting and vetting commercial contracts, along with handling trademark and IP litigation matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle trademark prosecution, including client counseling for filings.
- Draft responses to examination reports and manage oppositions.
- Manage trademark portfolios and draft or issue cease and desist notices.
- Attend hearings at the Trade Marks Registry.
- Draft and vet commercial contracts and agreements.
- Assist in trademark and IP litigation and handle court proceedings.
Eligibility
- Candidates with 2–3 years of core experience in trademark portfolio development and management.
- Strong understanding of the Trade Marks Act and related procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to contribute to business development.
- Candidates comfortable with the Greater Noida office location.
