Barcode IP is hiring a Senior Trademark Associate with over 4 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage trademark filings, oppositions, and enforcement matters.
- Handle copyright and design registrations and related disputes.
- Communicate with clients and provide strategic IP advice.
- Draft and review legal documents related to IP matters.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / LLM from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in trademarks, copyrights, and design law.
