P.S. Davar and Company is hiring a Senior Trademark Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their in-office team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage trademark portfolios and oppositions.
• Provide strategic advice and client support on trademark protection.
• Represent clients before relevant authorities in trademark matters.
• Handle complex IP issues and enforcement.

Eligibility

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Trademark Law.
• Thorough knowledge of Indian and international trademark laws.
• Experience in advising clients, portfolio management, and litigation.
