Details of the Job/Internship
Aishani Partners is hiring a Senior Trademark, Copyright, and Design Specialist with experience of 5–6 years to join their office in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contribute to team strategy, consulting, and practice requirements independently with minimum supervision.
- Coordinate with seniors and team members to manage complex work and maintain client relationships.
- Oversee the work of juniors and paralegals, including reviewing drafts, office submissions, and strategic communications.
- Supervise assignment trackers to ensure all statutory timelines and client deliverables are met.
- Prioritize legal assignments based on urgency and specific client requirements.
- Represent clients and make appearances before the respective IP Offices with confidence.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university; an LL.M. is considered an added advantage.
- 5 to 6 years of specific IP domain expertise, preferably gained within an IP law firm.
- Proven experience in handling trademarks, copyrights, and designs (prosecution, rectifications, and cancellations).
- Excellent IP and legal acumen with the ability to make confident appearances before IP Offices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with other department heads.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
