Details of the Job/Internship

Aishani Partners is hiring a Senior Trademark, Copyright and Design Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join its office in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves managing trademark registrations, copyright protection, and design-related legal work, including research, filings, liaison with authorities, strategic advisory, client engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure legal compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage trademark registrations, copyright protection, and design-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Handle filings and liaise with relevant authorities.
• Provide strategic legal advice on intellectual property matters.
• Engage with clients to develop intellectual property protection strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.

Eligibility

• Expertise in trademark, copyright, and design laws, including filing, prosecution, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting comprehensive legal documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent client engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and deadline management skills.
• Familiarity with intellectual property management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property law or a similar domain.
