Details of the Job/Internship

Bajaj Finance Limited is hiring a Unit Manager – Legal/Senior Unit Manager – Legal with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join their team in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial and product-related agreements.
• Support legal matters related to payments, UPI, BBPS, TPAP, QR, EDC, and allied digital financial products.
• Advise business teams on applicable laws, regulatory frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and pragmatic legal solutions.

Eligibility

• Law degree (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the BFSI or payments domain.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Sound understanding of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

Salary/Stipend
