Details of the Job/Internship

LawSikho is hiring a Senior User Interface Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join their fully remote team. Immediate joiners only.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
• Develop detailed wireframes outlining structure, navigation, and functionality.
• Use Figma to design high-fidelity UI components, screens, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX researchers to gather insights and iterate designs.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers for seamless implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system for cohesive visual language.
• Mentor junior designers and foster continuous learning.
• Create and maintain design documentation including style guides, user flow diagrams, and interaction guidelines.

Eligibility

• 4-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on rapid prototyping, wireframing, and interface design.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools such as Sketch and Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with creativity and strategic thinking.
• Keen attention to detail ensuring pixel-perfect designs and high-quality deliverables.

Salary/Stipend
