Details of the Job/Internship

DSA Legal is hiring a Senior Lawyer – Litigation with 12–15 years of experience to join its team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate medium to high-complexity litigation and commercial agreements.
• Handle commercial disputes, arbitration, civil litigation, and intellectual property matters.
• Interact with current and prospective clients and support the firm’s client acquisition goals.
• Deliver subject-matter expertise, templates, risk management support, and legal frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and legal departments for seamless contract management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard clients’ legal and commercial interests.
• Support best practices in dispute resolution and timely reporting on legal matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Experience working independently and/or with reputed law firms.
• In-depth knowledge of court procedures across jurisdictions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage pressure and multitask efficiently.
• Self-motivated and capable of handling legal work independently.
