Details of the Job/Internship

Singh & Singh Law Firm LLP is hiring a Senior Associate / Principal Associate with experience of 3–7 years to join their Patent Litigation practice in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, strategising, and courtroom advocacy in patent litigation matters.
• Handling technology-driven disputes across electronics, computer science, and telecom sectors.
• Representing global and Indian clients in patent disputes.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years of robust Civil/Commercial Litigation experience.
• Engineering background (Electronics/Computer Science preferred), though not essential for outstanding candidates.
• Demonstrated ability in drafting, strategy, and courtroom advocacy.
• Interest in technology-driven disputes and IP litigation.
• Joining date: As soon as possible.

Salary/Stipend
