HSA Advocates is hiring Senior Associates and Principal Associates with experience of 4-7 years to join their Projects & Energy team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents including concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, power purchase agreements, and related project documents.

Eligibility

• 4 to 7 years of experience in a reputed law firm in India with a strong focus on infrastructure development projects.
• Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents including concession agreements, EPC contracts, O&M agreements, power purchase agreements, and related project documents.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
