Details of the Job/Internship
Toyo Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Statutory Compliance / Admin Officer to be stationed at its Dahej Construction Site in Gujarat.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end statutory compliance as per labor laws including:
- CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESI, Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Employee Compensation Act, Shops & Establishments Act, Gratuity Act, etc.
- Maintain and audit all statutory records and documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely statutory submissions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for compliance documentation and processes.
- Liaise with government departments, statutory authorities, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Handle inspections and resolve compliance-related issues effectively.
- Stay updated on all relevant changes in labor and employment laws.
- Ensure all statutory compliance timelines are met without exceptions.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital documentation.
Eligibility
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Postgraduate in MBA (HR) / MSW / Labour Laws or LL.B. (Preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in construction site compliance management is highly desirable
