Details of the Job/Internship
Aerie Law is hiring a Social Media Paralegal who will take ownership of legal content creation, covering various legal areas such as corporate law, IP, M&A, and international structuring, with direct feedback and mentorship from the Managing Partner.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research global legal and regulatory developments in corporate law, IP, M&A, international tax, structuring, etc.
- Draft concise, well-reasoned legal updates, articles, and explainers.
- Develop professional PowerPoint decks on legal topics for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with the Managing Partner and legal team to ensure content precision and tone.
- Proactively suggest and ideate legal topics relevant to global audiences.
Structure & Growth Path:
- Begins with a 1–2 month unpaid probation, focused on evaluating consistency, legal clarity, and initiative.
- Performance-based stipend introduced after probation, with potential for a long-term paid role or full-time legal position.
- Flexible working hours, with the expectation of steady daily contribution.
Eligibility
- 3rd to 5th-year law student with a strong grasp of commercial and international legal concepts.
- Excellent command of written English, with the ability to explain legal matters clearly and with nuance.
- Curious, reliable, and interested in cross-border legal frameworks.
- Open to mentorship and constructive feedback, with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment with global exposure.
- Must submit legal writing samples (articles, blogs, papers, research briefs, etc.).
