Details of the Job/Internship
Jotwani Law Offices is hiring a Software Compliance & Mediation Executive with 0–2+ years of experience for their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Reach out to organizations identified as using unlicensed software to initiate compliance discussions.
- Act as a formal mediator to resolve licensing concerns and reach workable out-of-court settlements.
- Communicate professionally across multiple channels, including calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to complex queries regarding software usage rights and global licensing agreements.
- Facilitate the smooth transition for clients from unlicensed to properly licensed software environments.
- Maintain meticulous records of all communications, follow-ups, and settlement outcomes.
- Support global software publishers in protecting their intellectual property through cooperative enforcement.
Eligibility
- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a calm and practical approach during difficult conversations.
- Prior exposure to legal processes, compliance, or client-facing roles is an added advantage.
- Open to candidates ranging from freshers to those with over 2 years of experience.
