Expert Law is hiring a Sourcing Specialist with relevant experience to work remotely.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers.
• Manage procurement efforts and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Support recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
• Conduct market research and analyze sourcing data.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and sourcing guidelines.

Eligibility

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, data, and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication abilities for interactions with stakeholders and candidates.
• Experience in contract negotiation and procurement.
• Recruiting skills to attract and evaluate talent.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Salary/Stipend
