Details of the Job/Internship
RateGain Travel Technologies Limited is hiring a Specialist – Legal & Compliance with 2–5 years of experience to join its office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, MOUs, licensing, service, and partnership agreements.
- Manage and monitor ongoing litigation and coordinate with external legal counsels.
- Oversee and manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify legal risks and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate exposure.
Eligibility
- LLB degree is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a legal and compliance professional.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law, litigation processes, and corporate governance.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
