Details of the Job/Internship

Arcesium is hiring a Specialist – Legal with 0.5–3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and commercial documents.
• Support legal compliance with employment, labour, and corporate regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Assist in updating internal legal processes and ensuring organisational compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to increase awareness of legal requirements.
• Prepare and maintain contract abstracts, summaries, and templates.
• Audit internal processes to identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Manage data, reporting, and documentation for key stakeholders.
• Support strategic legal projects and initiatives as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B from a reputed institution; LL.M preferred but not mandatory.
• 0.5–3 years of experience in an in-house legal team or law firm.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, employment laws, and compliance standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
