Details of the Job/Internship
Arcesium is hiring a Specialist - Legal with 3–5 years of experience to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, service, and vendor agreements.
- Support compliance with employment, labour, and corporate laws.
- Maintain awareness of legal and regulatory developments impacting the company.
- Create and manage contract summaries, abstracts, and templates.
- Audit internal legal processes to identify risks and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance.
- Handle documentation, reporting, and data management related to legal operations.
- Assist in strategic legal projects and corporate initiatives.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed institution (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate compliance, and employment regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- High ethical standards and the ability to manage confidential information.
