Details of the Job/Internship

D. E. Shaw Group is hiring a Specialist CCR – Legal & Compliance with 0–2 years of experience to join its Legal and Compliance team in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review data evaluation and licensing agreements.
• Conduct legal risk assessments with a focus on MNPI and PII.
• Assess potential consultants and perform annual compliance evaluations of data vendors.
• Support legal and compliance projects across the organisation.
• Collaborate with attorneys across global offices on agreements and legal initiatives

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 0–2 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial or technology contracts.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and drafting skills.
• Prior experience with MNPI and PII matters is preferred.
