McDonald’s is hiring for the position of Specialist Contract Lifecycle Management with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the contract intake process by submitting requests on behalf of designated McDonald’s leaders and verifying contract details across internal systems.
- Support contract approvals and execution processes, including managing workflows and facilitating electronic signatures via DocuSign.
- Ensure alignment with McDonald’s contract standards by referencing approved precedents and applying established contract requirements where applicable.
- Maintain accurate and complete contract records in the CLM tool, ensuring consistent formatting, storage, and archiving of documents.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of legal or related professional experience.
- Prior experience using Icertis or similar Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
- 1–3 years of experience in a legal assistant or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, particularly in legal and professional settings.
