Details of the Job/Internship
Circle K is hiring a Specialist – Global Contract Lifecycle Management with 3+ years of experience to join their Global Procurement team at the Cyber Hub office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day contract lifecycle operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for contract drafting, redlining, and execution.
- Maintain and update contract templates for consistency.
- Track contract milestones and renewal dates, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Ensure contract renewals and generate detailed reports.
- Resolve contract performance issues, disputes, or breaches.
- Stay updated on legal tech trends and contract compliance practices.
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency within the CLM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in contract systems.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in contract management and legal operations.
- Hands-on experience with CLM tools such as Sirion, Icertis, Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
- Knowledge of the full contracting process.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in procurement or shared services environments preferred.
- Additional CLM certifications are desirable.
