Details of the Job/Internship
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Legal Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline and negotiate contracts including Master/General Service Agreements, Supply Agreements, Consultancy, SAAS and NDAs.
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle and develop frameworks for consistent contract standards.
- Provide advisory support to functional teams on risks, contractual implications and legal positions.
- Use CLM and related tools such as iCertis, SAP Ariba, Docusign and ServiceNow.
- Implement compliance programs, policies, audits and regulatory updates.
- Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies and conduct research.
- Support corporate governance activities including board documentation and maintaining corporate records.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputed institution with 1–2 years’ experience in contract and corporate law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within teams.
