Details of the Job/Internship
Jade Global seeks a Legal Specialist for their Pune location. Join their team to contribute expertise in legal matters and support their dynamic organization.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in review of NDAs, vendor contracts, leave and license agreement, labour contractor agreements and managing all Vendor matters.
- First level reviews of Customer MSA and SOW’s.
- Monthly reporting and Analytics.
- Coordinating with internal teams.
- Coordinating with external consultants.
Compliance management :
- Responsible for Compliance management in JOSS.
- Tracking of compliance requirements and follow up with respective teams.
- Assisting in complying applicable laws – Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, LLP Act, applicable labour laws – India.
- Assistance with geography compliance laws for USA, Canada, Mexico , UK and India.
- Maintaining all statutory records, registers, and documents for compliance.
- File periodic returns and apply for applicable licenses.
- Tracking and managing trademark renewals.
- Updating contract management tool.
- Assist in HR matters like policy drafting , review of memos, warning letters, Show cause notices.
- Assist n Administration matters - Includes renewal of licence and Vendor management.
Eligibility
- Educational qualification – Qualified LLB, pursuing Company Secretary
- Expected experience – 6 months to 1.2 years
