Details of the Job/Internship
Raizing Group is hiring a Visa Expert with 2+ years of experience to assist clients in managing visa applications, documentation, and immigration procedures for multiple countries. The role requires strong knowledge of visa regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple client cases.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa types, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Guide clients through documentation, submission, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on immigration laws and visa policies.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers as required.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely processing.
- Prepare clients for visa interviews and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visa Consultant, Immigration Officer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of international visa regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
