Details of the Job/Internship

Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES) is looking for a candidate for the position  of Spend Analytics - Legal with 2 to 5 years of experience to join and work with them in Hybrid mode.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure billing accuracy, mapping to specific legal matters, ensure that discounts were applied per contracts.
• Optimize billing discounts, workflow and processes.
• Reconciliation of billing, payments and ensure timeliness of payments.
• Data management to drive analytics and reporting.
• Generate savings through consolidation, negotiation, data analytics and process optimization.

Eligibility

• Experience in procurement, corporate spend analysis and optimization.
• Experience in legal vendor management, law firm expense management and eBilling for US firms.
• Prefer prior experience with investment banking or law firm (international law firm exposure).
• 2-5 years experience in similar field.

Salary/Stipend
