Details of the Job/Internship

Assured Justice LLP is hiring Senior Advocates/Advocates for a full-time, on-site role in Kochi, Kerala.

Role and Responsibilities

As an Advocate at Assured Justice LLP, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, appearing in court proceedings, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. You will also collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to develop legal strategies and ensure effective representation.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge of laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Demonstrated advocacy skills and ability to provide effective legal representation.
• Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Experience in specific areas of law relevant to the firm's practice (e.g., civil litigation, criminal law, corporate law, family law, etc.).
• Membership in the Bar Council of the relevant state.
