Capital One is hiring a Sr Associate, Legal with 2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of the end-to-end third party management lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for third party risk management matters.
- Support third party onboarding, monitoring, termination, and exit processes.
- Manage vendor onboarding, offboarding, payments, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Support audits, regulatory examinations, and enterprise risk initiatives.
- Develop partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Own third party management metrics, reporting, and communications.
- Support implementation and improvement of third party risk management frameworks.
Eligibility
- Qualified LLB and Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in the legal field.
- Preferred experience of 3+ years in third party management or operational risk roles.
- Knowledge of third party risk and lifecycle management.
